As a self-initiated UX project, I redesigned the online reservation process for a fictional bike rental company, City Cycles. I approached it like a real client engagement — conducting user surveys, mapping task flows, and building wireframes to uncover and solve key usability challenges. The final design streamlined the booking flow into fewer steps, clarified pricing and availability, and prioritized improving customer satisfaction.
